Sadly, the 8 week portrait workshop I have been taking has come to an end! While the workshop has been intense, it has also been fun and a great learning experience. Many thanks to Don Giannatti of Lighting Essentials for offering this workshop, and for his guidance and insight. Also, thank you so much to my lovely niece for being such a great model for my assignments! If only I had a better looking model for the self-portraits. 🙂
These images were inspired by two photographers that tend to shoot with only one light. The black and white portrait was inspired from the work of Jeanloupe Sieff (warning: there may be some nudity). The other images were inspired by William Coupon.
